All information provided through our website is completely protected and secured through Shopify.

I put the wrong shipping address. Can I change this?
We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. We cannot ensure an address change after this point.
However, please e-mail us (within a 24 hour period) with the updated address. We will do our best to make this change.
If the change is not made and the address is invalid, it will be returned to us. Once it arrives we will reach out to the customer about reshipment.

My order is being returned to sender. What happens now?
If your order is being returned due to insufficient address, you will need to e-mail us an updated address. Once your package arrives back to us, we will reach out to the customer for an additional reshipment fee. If a refund is requested please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, but processing can take up to approximately 3 business days.

What is your return policy?
Email us with your shipping label and tracking number. Returns will be accepted for items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of final sale items. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.
