Returns and refunds
To ensure customer protection we offer Money Back Guarantee for our products and services. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may cancel your order and receive a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
After you have started using your mobile data: you may request to cancel the service and receive a refund for the remainder of your unconsumed data.
All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing either via email, fax or online chat and are subject to a 10% processing fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund payments will be made to the same payment method (i.e. Credit Card or PayPal) that was used to make the initial purchase.
The returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. All returned items will be subject to inspection and approval.
The refund will be issued within 30 business days of the item receipt.
In case you are experiencing technical difficulties with the device, please contact our customer support before applying for a refund.
How to return/exchange unsuitable/unwanted item?
Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Please contact us.
2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. Post your item to a given address. We recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
4. As soon as we have your return, we will issue a full refund/exchange. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
